DELIVERY
VALENTINES DAY FLOWERS
All flower orders must be placed before 10am on Monday 13 February for delivery on Valentine's Day.
NORMAL STANDARD & EXPRESS DOMESTIC DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES (AUSTRALIA ONLY)
We do our best to ship orders within 24 hours of receiving them, though our standard despatch days are Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Standard Delivery is sent via Australia Post's 'Parcel Post' service. It takes between 2-6 business days for delivery, though due to COVID-19 related delays this service may take longer. This service is charged at $10.95.
Express Delivery is sent via Australia Post's 'Express Post' service. It generally delivers the next business day between most capital cities, with the exception of Darwin and Perth. Due to the impact of COVID-19, Australia Post is not currently guaranteeing their Express Post service, though this service is prioritised over Parcel Post. This service is charged at $15.95.

SAME DAY DELIVERY
Same day delivery is available within 10km of Sydney CBD only on orders placed before 11am. Same day delivery is not available for food hampers containing cheese products as these are despatched separately from Tasmania. Please see below for information about flower delivery.
STANDARD FLOWER DELIVERY (EXCLUDING VALENTINE'S DAY)
Flower delivery is charged at $10.95. Please select 'Standard Delivery' for all flower orders. We can deliver flower orders received by 11am on the same day. If you'd prefer us to deliver on a different date, please specify this at check out.
At this stage, we can only deliver flowers within Australia. (This is because we don't want to hook up with any of the huge flower relay companies.) But stay tuned.
Due to the seasonal nature of flower varieties, sometimes we might have to substitute based on availability. But we guarantee they'll always be appropriate, fresh and beautiful.
STANDARD INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Standard international orders are sent via Australia Post and are fully traceable. The delivery window is around 6 - 15 business days depending on the destination though due to COVID-19 related delays this service may take longer. There is a flat rate of $35.00 AUD for this service.

EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Express international orders are sent via courier and are fully traceable. The delivery window is usually one week or less. There is a flat rate of $50.00 AUD for this service.
All international orders may be subject to duties and taxes. These can include customs and import tax which are established by your local customs authorities and may be a government requirement of import. The payment of such are the customer's responsibilities and Sorry Thanks I Love You has no control over these and will not refund customers for any charges. Please contact your local customs office if you would like more information regarding duties and taxes.
PERISHABLE GOODS DELIVERY
Due to the fragile nature of our perishable goods, we need to use special couriers to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. This delivery is charged at $9.95. Please select 'Standard Delivery' at checkout.
Currently, we can only send perishable goods to domestic locations. Our gourmet cheese and salmon product hampers are delivered in specially designed cooler boxes. These orders are sent directly from our suppliers in Tasmania and are only dispatched on Mondays and Tuesdays to prevent them getting stuck in freight terminals over the weekend.
