Returns and Exchanges
Items may be returned within 14 days of purchase or receipt of delivery. Items may only be returned with a valid proof of purchase (online order confirmation, receipt or gift receipt), must be unused and accompanied by the original packaging. Items may be exchanged another product or for a credit note to the same value (less postage if applicable).
Should you wish to return and exchange an item please follow these steps:
- Return your item/s to one of our stores with a valid proof or purchase and its original packaging.
- If you’re not able to reach one of our stores, please contact us via email within 7 days of receipt.
Please ensure your item/s are well packaged and sent via a trackable service as we cannot accept responsibility for any items damaged or lost in transit.
Incorrect, Damaged or Faulty Items
- If you believe you have received an incorrect or damaged item or you believe and item to be faulty please contact us within 7 days of purchase or purchase.
- Sorry Thanks I Love You will assess the damaged or faulty item and provide a replacement, where possible or a credit note.
- Refunds may only be given if deemed faulty by the supplier/manufacturer of the item.
- Sorry Thanks I Love You only offers exchanges and refunds on products at its absolute discretion.
