SAME DAY DELIVERY

Same day delivery is available for deliveries within 10km of Sydney CBD only on orders placed before 11am. This service is charged at $30.

STANDARD & EXPRESS DOMESTIC DELIVERY (AUSTRALIA ONLY)

We do our best to ship orders within 24 hours of receiving them, though our standard despatch days are Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Standard Delivery is sent via Australia Post's 'Parcel Post' service. It takes between 2-6 business days for delivery, though due to COVID-19 related delays this service may take longer. This service is charged at $9.95.

Express Delivery is sent via Australia Post's 'Express Post' service. It generally delivers the next business day between most capital cities, with the exception of Darwin and Perth.  Due to the impact of COVID-19, Australia Post is not currently guaranteeing their Express Post service, though this service is prioritised over Parcel Post. This service is charged at $15.95.

STANDARD INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Standard international orders are sent via Australia Post and are fully traceable. The delivery window is around 6 - 15 business days, depending on the destination. There is a flat rate of $45.00 AUD for this service.

Express international orders are sent via courier and are fully traceable. The delivery window is usually 1 week or less. There is a flat rate of $60.00 AUD for this service.
