Refunds and Exchanges
Items may be returned within 14 days of purchase or receipt of delivery. Items may only be returned with a valid proof of purchase (online order confirmation, receipt or gift receipt) and must be unused and accompanied by the original packaging. Items can be fully refunded, or exchanged for another product or credit note to the same value.
Should you wish to return and exchange an item please follow these steps:
- Return your item/s to one of our stores with a valid proof or purchase and its original packaging.
- If you’re not able to reach one of our stores, please contact us via email within 7 days of receipt.
Please ensure your item/s are well packaged and sent via a trackable service as we cannot accept responsibility for any items damaged or lost in transit.
Incorrect, Damaged or Faulty Items
- If you believe you have received an incorrect or damaged item or you believe and item to be faulty please contact us within 7 days of purchase or purchase.
- Sorry Thanks I Love You will assess the damaged or faulty item and provide a replacement, where possible or a credit note.
- Refunds may only be given if deemed faulty by the supplier/manufacturer of the item.
- Sorry Thanks I Love You only offers exchanges and refunds on products at its absolute discretion.
