In our new Tasmanian Wine and Cheese Hamper, a bottle of Josef Chromy's 'Pepik' pinot is accompanied by a generous chunk of Bruny Island Cheese's hard ‘Tom’ cheese, made in the French Savoie tradition, and a jar of their famously boozey spiced cherries - also conveniently marinated in Tasmanian pinot noir. To finish, there’s an enormous chunk of homemade caramel fudge, so dense and buttery that it’s the talk of Hobart’s farmers markets.
