Lockdown Cocktails

When it comes to thriving in lockdown, Victorians know best - and most of them recommend scheduling at least a few Alcohol-Free Days during the week to make
things less nutty.

We've compiled a few using Seedlip's intriguing, non-alocholic spirits.

Ginger Toddy

INGREDIENTS
Seedlip Spice 94: 50 ml
Fresh pear juice: 35 ml
Ginger and cinnamon syrup: 15 ml

GLASS & GARNISH
Warmed heatproof mug
Garnish wth crystallized ginger cube

METHOD
Combine all ingredients and heat wth steam wand or on the hob.

Winter Cup
A non-alcoholic take on the classic Pimms Summer Cup.

INGREDIENTS
Seedlip Grove 42: 50mL
Sweetened winter tea: 50ml
Balsamic vinegar: 1 tsp
Top wth ginger ale

GLASS & GARNISH
Wine glass full of ice
Garnish with sage, fig and pear

METHOD
Combine all the ingredients in the glass wth cubed ice

Garden Sour

A complex, herb-based non-alcoholic cocktail with hints of apple, lemon and rosemary.

INGREDIENTS
Seedlip Garden: 50ml
Cloudy Apple Juice: 35ml
Lemon Juice: 15ml
Cider Vinegar: 5ml (Optional)
Sprig of Rosemary & Thyme
Dash of Sugar & Egg White

GLASS & GARNISH
Coupe
Garnish w/ Rosemary Needles

METHOD
Shake.

Grove & Ginger

INGREDIENTS
Seedlip Grove 42: 50mL
Ginger ale

GLASS & GARNISH
Highball glass
Garnish with slice of fresh ginger 

METHOD
Combine over ice.
