FRESH: Our limited edition strawberry menu.

Our café is serving a special strawberry menu for the month of July to celebrate the arrival of Dover Street Market artist Brett Westfall’s art installation.

We’ve collaborated with some of Sydney’s best artisan bakers to encapsulate Brett Westfall’s signature strawberry motif, whilst our team of talented baristas have created unique strawberry-infused beverages.

Filled with vanilla cheesecake custard, strawberry compote and topped with brown sugar, the fresh strawberry brioche has been created especially for this project by Shadow Baking.

Shadow Baking was founded in 2022 by three Gelato Messina head chefs, who think up all of their custom gelato flavours, bavarians, cookie pies and cakes out of their Marrickville headquarters. Their first hole-in-the-wall bakery in Darlinghurst produces fresh, seasonal pastries and coffee from Thursday to Sunday.

Tokyo Lamington created a custom strawberry lamington, available only at the Sorry Thanks I Love You café. The now iconic Tokyo Lamington was born when Min Chai and Eddie Stewart realised how well the Aussie treat was received in their Tokyo café. They now have multiple outposts in Sydney and Melbourne that serve up an ever-rotating menu of ingeniously flavoured lamingtons.

Pair your strawberry dessert with a strawberry-infused beverage, made in-house to order. From a Parisian strawberry lemonade to an iced matcha latte with fresh strawberry puree, each sip instantly transports you to Brett Westfall’s colour-soaked, technicolour world.

Our special installation and limited-edition café menu will be available from 1st-31st July.
