This intriguing, wonderfully pungent concoction is like a Dutch hot chocolate without the guilt, an English Breakfast Willy Wonka-fied and an addition to your night time ritual that your housemates will actually want to know about. Made from cacao husks, which are traditionally considered a waste product, and blended with Madagascan vanilla pods, a steaming hot cup of this blend smells impossibly chocolatey, yet tastes light, clean and almost honeyish in the mouth. Any byproduct of chocolate making has to be good, but this is a cacao experience that verges on the celestial.
