Brandy is back. The multi, multi-award winning boutique brandy distilled in South Australia is conjured up over two years in a mix of French and American oak barrels, mostly ex-chardonnay, and tastes like a Christmas cracker of apricot, vanilla and bright honey. They say to mix it with irony, but dry ginger ale will do even better.
