We're looking for some of the best people in Sydney to join us as a barista on a part time or casual basis.
If you're interested in specialty coffee, design, fashion and art, are looking for flexible hours, the opportunity to experiment and create, and a generous wage with a few special extras, we’d like to hear from you.

We’re a mash-up of cutting edge fashion, unique design, gourmet food and craft beverages sourced from some of the most secretive and admired designers on the planet. Broadsheet Sydney has described us as “emporium of hand-picked items from around the globe, the sort of stuff you likely won't find anywhere else in Sydney.”
Our large format space in Sydney CBD includes a dedicated full-time café and event space. We work with Sydney's Single O, along with other world-class brands, and offer ongoing in-depth training in the specialty coffee world and beyond.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We don’t hire often because our team tends to stick around, so this is a rare opportunity to join a small and ambitious team committed to community, contrarianism and experimentation.
To be successful, you must have:
- Barista experience
- A deep and true love of specialty coffee
- An obsession with excellence
- A natural affinity for building rapport with people of all persuasions
- Flexibility and grace under pressure
- A love for food, art, design, fashion, travel…
- Immaculate grooming and presentation
- Excitement about transforming the norms in the hospitality space
This position is based in our Sydney CBD space and commences immediately. Applicants must be available to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays, and have the capacity to work three or more days per week.
