Acne Studios
The 1981 jeans are cut to a baggy fit with a low waist, wide leg and long length. This season's iteration is adorned with a trompe l'oeil optical illusion keychains print. Originally founded in Stockholm in 1996 as a multi-disciplinary design collective, a limited-run denim capsule collection cemented Acne Studios as a fashion industry mainstay. Designer Jonny Johansson combines his penchant for photography, art and architecture to create a contemporary, eclectic yet curated aesthetic that he dubs as “maximalist minimalism”. Almost 30 years later, Acne Studios is still the last word in Scandi-cool.
