Olsson's sea salt flakes have a soft, fresh flavour evocative of the ocean waters of the Eyre Peninsula from which they are hand harvested, and retain many natural marine minerals. Presented in an oversized, striped stoneware jar with a pleasingly tiny spoon, this heavy jar of rather fancy salt has been designed with the view of becoming a permanent fixture on the kitchen table.
Olsson's
Olsson’s is the oldest family-owned and operated company producing salt in Australia. They have been producing solar sea salt since 1960, producing both nutritional supplements for livestock as well as gourmet sea salt for chefs, restaurants and enthusiastic home cooks around Australia and overseas.
