Painstakingly made by hand over several days, Kakawa’s hollow Matcha Egg is made from a mix of single origin couverture chocolates all tempered by hand. There are two  flavour options available:

Matcha Raspberry Dark Chocolate Egg
A layered Easter egg crafted with velvety matcha chocolate, delicately dusted with freeze dried raspberry for a gentle tart crunch and sealed in rich dark chocolate. The flavour reveals earthy green tea notes balanced with bright berry freshness and bittersweet cocoa depth.

Matcha Strawberry White Chocolate Egg
A smooth matcha chocolate shell layered with freeze dried strawberry and finished with creamy white chocolate. Each bite offers soft sweetness followed by grassy matcha character and bursts of natural strawberry brightness.

Both are the work of Jin Sun Kim - expert chocolatier and occasional miracle maker.
