OUR NEW TEMPORARY STORE IS NOW OPEN

With help from independent fashion designers, potion-makers, ice-cream obsessives and other mad scientists from around the world, we’ve opened a new space on Level 2 at Westfield Sydney to complement our ministore on Level 1.

n the wake of the pandemic, almost every single independent fashion designer, jewellery maker, perfumer and other such ragtag has had to significantly wind back their operation, hibernate their business, or cease operating for good. Those still standing have had to cancel entire collections, negotiate extraordinary deals, or scale back production to a point where heads are only just above water. The big brand name combustions have been well documented - but it’s the small vessels that capsize first.

All of this means that finding and sustaining new creative work from independent designers is like tracking down and reviving an endangered species: harder to find but more valuable than ever. 

Our new space on level two features such treasure.

It complements the existing collection in our ministore on level 1, which currently includes a collection of Danish rainwear, hypercolour polka dot handmade sweaters from StarStyling in Berlin, sustainable sneakers from Veja, and a delicious selection of gourmet food – among many other treats.

Both spaces have been designed to inspire moments of happiness, and over the coming weeks we’ll be taking extra steps to make good on that promise.
