Spring 2021: "Marnifesto"
This breezy summer dress features a classic Marni silhouette, straight out of an Italian summer. The theme of ‘Marnifesto’ is centred on the spirit of collaborative creativity, and cultivating strength in hardship through collectivism. The Marni team spent the 2020 lockdown dyeing fabric in bathtubs and making garments out of curtains, whilst Risso pulled his favourite pieces from the Marni archives to deconstruct and reinvent for a new era.
