Cinnamon - Cinnamon isn't a spice many would consider medicinal, though it's actually incredibly therapeutic. People have been using this highly prized spice since 2000BC. In Western herbal medicine Cinnamon is used to balance blood sugar. We use it in our Butter Caramel Pecan to do just that.
