Shrouded in intrigue since day one, Maison Margiela was founded by a Belgian designer who has kept his identity completely secret for more than 30 years – despite being one of the most influential designers of the century.  Combining luxurious silks and cottons with materials like scotch tape, vintage gloves, wire, and army surplus socks, Maison Margiela is responsible for some of the most provocative and joyful garments in fashion history.

Described as Maison Margiela’s “cool, younger sister”, MM6 reinterprets Margiela’s runway experiments and archive pieces in soft, wearable fabrics. While MM6 garments are designed as stand alone pieces, their mastery lies in their ensemble potential: each piece of clothing is the building block of a go-to outfit. Fall/Winter 2022 is the brand's first officially unisex collection. As opposed to MM6's typically conceptual outputs, this collection focused purely on making chic, simple and adaptable garments.
