There's no filler in here. No weird vinegar, token stale lavosh, or oil that's so expensive and 'special' that it's doomed to slowly go off in the back recesses of the cupboard.

Rather, we’ve assembled a collection of gourmet hampers compiled of award-winning cheeses, Tasmanian salmon, trout and caviar, and small gourmet creations from artisan producers in Tasmania and beyond.

We’ve selected from Bruny Island Cheese company’s award-winning cheeses and curated our own three and five packs of cheese (and added some spiced pinot noir cherries to round things off) while our custom new mother’s cheese hamper consists of cheeses made both from raw milk and washed in pinot noir to help celebrate the end of a pregnancy.

There are Tasmanian gourmet hampers consisting of herb-rubbed cheeses, spiced fruits, meaty rillettes, artisanal tracklements and sweet tidbits like nougat and chocolate, as well as juicy Tasmanian olives and thick black currant syrup. For pure decadence, there’s Liefje’s dark spiced chocolate box, which draws on unexpected ingredients like Canadian maple syrup, cinnamon and black pepper.

There’s, silky slow smoked salmon marinating in Tasmanian whisky accompanied by a fillet of hot smoked trout, and hand-milked caviar when it’s in season.

Perishable hampers come in a specially designed cool box packed with gel cooling packs to keep them fresh, and are despatched via refrigerated overnight delivery. All of them can be delivered Australia-wide and the pain you're going to feel as you give these away is real.
