They say it’s difficult to improve Christmas pudding.  They lie.  In the best tradition of celebration through culinary innovation, we’ve commissioned an obsessive Sydney chocolatier to immortalize the flavours of December in a fine, dark couverture chocolate brittle.   Decorated with edible 23 carat gold leaf, studded with moist currants, cranberries and crunchy almonds, heavy on glacé cherries and carefully spiced with Christmassy cinnamon and nutmeg, this stone tempered brittle is the king of sophisticated festivity.
