Blue Ombre - Winnow Chocolates



Sydney’s most obsessive chocolatier uses organic white Belgian chocolate, rainbow powder and a complex balance of heat, movement and concentration to create these sumptuous, perfectly hued chocolates.  Amanda McKeith has a habit of referencing art in her work (these were inspired by Monet’s garden in Giverny) and hand tempers the French way until she gets it right.
