DOMESTIC DELIVERY

Domestic orders are sent via Australia Post’s eParcel Standard Post and Express Post services.  

Standard Post takes between 2-6 business days for delivery. There is a flat rate of $5.00 AUD for this service.

Express Post generally delivers the next business day between capital cities, except Darwin and in Perth CBD only. There is a flat fee of $15.95 for this service.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

International orders are sent via Australia Post’s eParcel Pack n’ Track International service for orders up to 2kg or Express Courier International for orders between 2kg – 20kg. Both services are fully traceable.  There is a flat rate of $15.00 AUD for this service.

SAME DAY DELIVERY – SYDNEY METROPOLITAN AREA ONLY

Orders placed before 12pm and being delivered to the Sydney metropolitan area may qualify for same day delivery. Please select Express Post at checkout. If we identify that your order qualifies for delivery we’ll contact you to confirm.  If same day delivery is not possible, it will be dispatched via Express Post for next day delivery.

PERISHABLE GOODS DELIVERY

Due to the fragile nature of our perishable goods, we need to use special couriers to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. 

Currently, we can only send perishable goods such as fresh flowers, cheese and salmon to domestic locations. Our cheeses, salmon and gourmet food hampers are delivered in specially designed cooler boxes. These orders are sent directly from our suppliers in Tasmania and are only dispatched on Mondays and Tuesdasy to prevent them getting stuck in freight terminals over the weekend.  

Delivery rates are included in the stated price of these specialty items.  

FLOWERS

If we receive your flower order by 11:00am then we should be able to get the flowers delivered the same day. If you'd like them to be delivered another day, please either leave a note in the gift note section at check out or just email orders@sorrythanksiloveyou.com to let us know. 

During peak periods such as Valentine’s Day or Mother’s Day same day delivery is not always available in all regions.  Please place orders for these occasions in advance if you can.

At this stage, we can only deliver flowers within Australia. (This is because we don't want to hook up with any of the huge flower relay companies.) But stay tuned.

Due to the seasonal nature of flower varieties, sometimes we might have to substitute based on availability. But we guarantee they'll always be appropriate, fresh and beautiful.
