Distilled in Port Melbourne, Starward’s craft single malt has won every major whisky award so far this year, including double gold at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition. A mellow whisky with a juicy mouthfeel and spicy finish, Starward’s wine cask edition’s unique flavour is the result of Melbourne’s notorious four–seasons-in-one-day weather, which causes barrels to expand and retract more quickly than those in cooler climes.  Chosen for Sorry Thanks I Love You by Master Sommelier Sebastian Crowther, this is Melbourne distilled into a rich, amber single malt for locals, collectors Melburnians-at-heart.
